Can I get a refund for my sofa?

Returns are accepted providing that products are returned in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for covering the transport cost of returns. .

How long will it take my order to arrive?

We aim to deliver all orders between 5-10 working days from the date of order placement. If your order has not arrived within that period please contact us for an update.

What happens if my furniture doesn’t fit?

All of our products have the dimensions listed on their product page, it is the customers responsibility to ensure this dimensions are suitable for their home. Should the furniture require returning on this basis it must be in factory condition and the customer must pay the cost of transit.
